Braxton Hicks

Hi, has anyone feels braxton hicks as early as 19 weeks (5 months) pregnant? I felt my belly is hard and cramp. I am not sure does it due to not enough drinking for the day or it is a normal thing. #mythirdpregnancy

I guess need to mention to the gyne during your next visit. I was given duphaston tablets to relax the muscles to prevent too early contractions. - i was having irritable uterus syndrome
