perhaps try pre natal massage for the body ache. For insomnia, try to sleep early, at least to compensate for the poor sleep. For me, I get very sensitive to caffeine, even green tea keeps me awake, so I try to avoid caffeine entirely after lunch.

Itll continue truout the whole pregnancy unfortunately not much can be done 😭😭 if youre in 2nd trim, can go for prenatal massage or ask husband to massage before going to sleep
