Has anyone ever experienced this? After my child had a high fever above 38 Celsius for 3-4 days. The next day my child's skin was immediately red. I wonder why?

Yessss rashes after fever very common! I also dont know why but you can google it. Mine also had high fever for 4-5 days. But if 5 days still high fever pls bring doc and if the rashes never go away few days
