Has anyone bought the Philips thermos flask bottle warmer? Do you recommend it?

This is useful especially if you are away from home. For me, I use Tiger brand which is lighter, small size and cheaper, about $20 and the hot water can last up to 10hours. You can make milk easily using the hot water instead of warm it.
