Cannot sleep last trimester

Harden belly at midnight and wee hours make me cannot sleep. Keep tossing around but coz it’s heavy make me so uncomfortable 😭😭

Tried the child pose yoga position haha actually quite comfortable for few mins😂

The irritating part about it hardening is, it makes me wants to pee every time. Hence, disrupting my sleep. 🥴
