Dulu I ambil CL (professional) untuk 2 minggu including makanan berpantang - urut badan, sauna, mandi herba, bertungku seluruh badan juga, mandi and urut utk baby juga consider semua yg patut buat semasa pantang. Makanan berpantang utk 2 bulan at least I followed. Lepas 2 hari bersalin, ibu kemungkinan akan rasa baby blues which is normal sbb hormon badan akan turun dgn mendadak. Ibu akan mudah beremosi waktu pantang, sedih semua, tapi ibu kena pandai control feelings you and ingat semua ni sekejap je. Paling lama you akan rasa baby blues pun 2 minggu lebih. Paling penting: So waktu pantang, kita kena banyak rehat and bila baby sdg tidur ibu better tidur sekali because sleep is essential during confinement period in order restore back your energy. Normally ada sesetengah orang ckp x boleh minum air suam byk semasa pantang, this is MYTH ya. Please please please drink enough of water as also advised by my OG specialist. I minum air yg secukupnya waktu pantang, and trust you will feel so much better. Spend more time with newborn and breastfeed frequently your baby, so that susu you berjalan lancar, kalau x cukup boleh makan lactation cookies or try Nestum (kurma & prunes), it helps too. P/S: You boleh Google and check what is baby blue if not sure😊
Betul yang atas ni cakap, selain tu yang penting jangan stress. Ibu kena happyhappy & jangan lasak sangat. Selamat berpantang mommy.
