Sudden diarrhoea and then loss of breast tenderness

Had spicy rice cake the day before and then the next day (today). Suddenly had super bad stomach pain and diarrhoea once. Then suddenly loss breast tenderness and don’t feel any nausea. Please help

don’t worry! just don’t eat too spicy food next time hehee you’ll be ok! but if you diarrhoea more than 7 times need to consult doc ok ! i diarrhoea 8times in 24hours previously. if no bleeding den ok. breast tenderness is on and off. and for nausea it depends not daily you will feel it 😄

Home Pregnancy had spicy rice cake day before then next day today suddenly had super bad
