28w and baby is 1.5kg - diet advice?

Just had check up and baby seems to be on bigger side, alr at 1.5kg! Anyone faced the same? Trying to control from now on and would appreciate diet advice/tips! #advicepls #1stimemom

What did the doctor say? If the doctor said the weight is normal, don’t worry about it. If the doctor felt that changes are required, he or she would have told you. Sometimes baby has a growth spurt at certain periods and later it is ok.

Told me to control cause gain weight too fast.. 😅 cut carbs and sugar.. but finding it hard to cut carbs much

less carbs, more protein (meat/tofu), more vegetables (leafy)
