nose bleed

i used to bleed very often since young after giving birth, my LOs' turn to bleed often Using your thumb and index finger, pinch the soft part of the nose just below the nasal bone. Hold this grip for at least 10 minutes without letting go. If the bleeding doesn't stop after 10 minutes, settle in for 10 more minutes of pressing.  We also use ice on the nose to speed up the process.
