FTM. Currently on my 2nd trimester and I wanted to start working out.

Gym girl ako before getting pregnant. I go to the gym 3-4x a week until my OB told me that I can’t workout during my first trimester. It was a whole different experience for me. Sobrang tamad ko during my first trimester. All I want to do is sleep and be in bed. And now I am finally regaining my strength back, I want to start working out again. Any working out mommies here? Any tips on how to get started?

Hi! Same tayo! I thought never na ako magiging active ulit when I was going through the first trim! Pero i started doing pregnancy-safe home workouts (there are tons on youtube) once my energy came back. My OB also green lit me and allowed me to go back to doing weights, just make sure to observe your body and see how much it can take. Baby steps! :) i started incorporating kettlebell workouts and it’s been good!
