hi guys... tanung lang po pwede ba mag avail ng paternity leave ang unmarried? baka po merun d2 couple na naka avail s kanilang company? tnx

Paternity leave is for married male employee. But then if may work ka and nagfile ka ng sss maternity benefits you can share 7 days of your 105 days sa partner mo. Need to apply it prior sa panganganak mo.
