Down syndrome test

Hi guys, initially I was expecting twins however the 2nd didn’t form well so now it’s call the varnishing twin so I am not too sure which test would get more accurate results? Anyone been through similar situation? I am afraid NIPT would detect the varnishing twin instead of the current. #firstbaby #advicepls
