Can i eat sushi?
Guys im 15 weeks preg. Really craving for sushi but no fishes or whatever raw, just plain sushi tuna or with eggs and tofu.. can i eat those? Rlly craving for sushi 😭😭😭
Avoid the tuna. Tuna is high in mercury. I craved for that too but skipped it for the sake of my baby. Can check on tuna on this app under food & nutritions. Best to avoid it
I had sushi all the way in my pregnancy even went Japan for babymoon. my gynae mention as long as it's fresh no issue for raw items but in moderate amount.
Eggs and Tofu is fine. Read an article where the OB-GYN mentioned to avoid tuna during pregnancy due to high mercury content.
Eggs and tofu are ok as long is cooked. Just get from those reputable Japanese restaurants so that their rice are more fresh.
I told my chat group gfs i got nagged. I am now 9weeks. But i have been eating it since 5weeks, can't help it.
I dun suggest bah. cause the chopping board got cross contaminated or not. you can do diy or maki san.
YOU CAN SUSHI BUT NO RAW AT ALL. YOU CAN HAVE CHICKEN TERIYAKI SUSHI.
I had salmon max. As long as its frozen before then it’s fine. ;)
Yes you can. As long as not the raw one 😊 #TAPsupermoms
If fully cooked, should be fine. Just not raw
