my OB told me that I can drink 1 cup of coffee a day but to be careful not to overdo it as it could lead to many fetal problems. caffeine can pass through the placenta kasi. several websites also suggest that it is okay to have 200mg of caffeine a day when pregnant. But i choose to stay on the safe side and drink coffee occassionally nalang. im on my 38th week and i probably only had about 5 cups of coffee during my entire pregnancy.
Ako mamsh minsan hinahanap tlaga. Pero before twice a day ako mag coffe pero now na preggy n ko cguro sa 1 week 1 time lang ako umiinum tapos ung 1 sachet hinahati ko pa un tapos dinadamihan ko ng water. Cguro mga half lang ng baso ang inuubos ko. Malasahan ko lang ang coffee ok na ko. BTW tinanong ko din yan sa OB before ko gwin kaya un ang suggestion. Make sure then na inumin ang vitamins at drink more water.
Mommies. Ang caffeine ay hindi nafifilter ng katawan ng mommy. Please be informed. Direcho kay baby yan. Di sya nahaharang ng placenta natin. So maybe paglabas ni baby wlang complications but his development inside your body has been affected. Pwedeng magshow yung effects ng caffeine sa kanya paglaki na nya.
Sabi ng OB ko no study has shown yet as to what amount is SAFE for consumption of coffee for pregnant women. Kaya advice niya sa akin mas mabuti to cut off caffeine consumption nalang muna while pregnant para mas safe si baby. Kaya until now no coffee talaga. Tiis tiis para kay baby.😊
Hi mamsh, hindi naman po masama uminom ng kape. Pero much better kung bawasan po ang caffeine intake dahil un ung masama din kay baby kapag sumobra. You can drink less po. Pero ako kasi di ako umiinom ng kape until nagpapa breastfeed ako kay baby. Tikim tikim lng
kopiko alam ko matapang msyado e,kung di tlga maiiwasan pwede naman bsta drink lang madaming water after,ako every 2weeks cguro inom ng coffee tapos di ko na inuubos kasi naisip q bawal din naman tlga,para lang masubside un sabik ko sa coffee
Ok lng nmn kung minimal lng mommy, bsta po wag plagi and then in moderation lng po lahat.. and then ung mga instant 3in1 coffee mtaas din sugar nyan mas prefer ko pa ung ako tlga ung mgtimpla..
1 cup of coffee is okay pero may caffeine pa din kasi yun kaya as much as possible wag nalang kung kaya naman. Hindi siya advisable ng OB ko pero di naman pinagbabawal basta wag lang sobra.
Ako sinabihan ako ng ob hanggat kayang iwasan ang kape, softdrinks, milktea. Iwasan talaga. Or kung iinom man konti lang.
ako nakilihigop lang sa kape ng mom ko kapag diko mapigilan. mga 1-3 sip tapos okay na.
