Maybe for the first month you can buy Pigeon or Tollyjoy baby cotton balls. Mainly to wipe the eyes and umbilical cord. After a month you can start using guardian cotton ball and soft wash cloth to wipe eyes too after dipping it in warm water

I will use cotton ball to wipe their eyes and clean their face. I buy both brand. No difference it is just packaging size.
