I have green discharge since starting from my pregnancy. Treated 3 times with antibiotics still haven’t recover. Doctors said because of pregnancy hormones change. Won’t affect baby not to worry.

Kkh docs did gave me a white thing to insert into my virginal every night for 10 days. Not sure if you have.
