My baby’s weight started lacking behind at week 36.. I spammed 3 eggs without yolk, milk/milo & chicken breast for a week (breakfast/lunch) cravings of the day for dinner. Bb grew 100~160g in a week. Week 38 I drank bubble tea 2-3 times in a week & had lots of chocolates, bb grew 200g in 4 days.
Yup my first kid. But my gynae don’t believe eating more would help him to gain weight, instead he asked me to rest more.
Do you mind telling me when was your first baby born and how many was he?
Would need to try and put on weight, eat things high in protein, durian, avocado, milk etc to try and gain weight
