Hi momshie, kung nagpapababa po kayo ng sugar, better drink lots of water. And eat in moderation po para mamaintain ung sugar level. Pwede pong brown rice po para iwas po sa white rice and ung sweetcorn po kasi minsan nkakasira ng tyan..lalu na po pag gabi..🤗
