The Baby and Child Clinic near West Mall comes highly recommended. Dr Chuang from the clinic is super nice and knowledgeable. A lot of parents like that the clinic is non air conditioned as this minimizes the spread of germs. Blk 644 #01-66, Bukit Batok Central Singapore 650644
