Hi! Good evening..What other options can I use for family planning currently I’m using birth control pills for 5 years but I have read an article that when you use it for a long time it will cause tumors so Im looking for an alternative for pills..What can you recommend ? TIAπŸ™‚

Update for my post...last Saturday I visit my Ob gyne and I chose the injectables..as of now theres’s no side effect

    Good for you, mommy! Considering injectables din if hindi pa ko makakapagpa-ligate.
