Cardiomyopathy

Good evening po. I was diagnosed as Cardiomyopathy, Bale bumibilis tibok ng puso ko at nag enlarged sya after ko manganak, mabilis ako hingalin at mapagod. Mababa ang akin injection fraction 24% lang. How to deal with this? Please enlighten me. Salamat po. #advicepls
