Bleeding. And trying to conceive

Good evening mommies, may tanong po ako. Nag take po ako ng Pills aftee my period and then 3days plang po nakipag DO na c mister. Unprotected po. Then I missed 3 days pills then nag spotting po ako during my ovulation ( Ovulation day based on my tracker ). Possible po ba Buntis ako? or Spotting lang to because I missed my pills? #PahelpPoMasagot Godbless Mommies.
