Good Day Mommies,sino dito nag tetake ng HEMARATE FA? aside from this ano pa tinetake nyo? I'm at my first trimester. Naguluhan ako sa hemarate FA and hemarate na multivitamins kasii. Thank you

reseta sakin during 1st trimester is folic acid and calciumade. 2nd to 3rd trimester ay obimin plus, hemarate (hindi FA) and calciumade. hemarate FA is with folic acid, hemarate ay no folic acid.
