Subchorionic hemorrhage

Good day mommies! Just want to ask who else here still experienced spotting/bleeding even when you are already taking duphaston? I'm so much worried😞. I have spotting last Tuesday night, I went to my midwife and she asked for an immediate ultrasound. The ultrasound result says that I have subchorionic hemorrhage and the heartbeat of my baby go down to 91😥😥😥. The midwife then refer me to an OB. Upon checking on me of my OB, she then prescribed me Duphaston tablet to be taken 3x a day for 7days. It's already my 2nd day taking the meds. Still there is vaginal discharge in me that is gel like with blood stain. I'm not experiencing pain in my stomach. By the way, I'm 7weeks pregnant. I hope someone can give me advice.
