Soft fruits like mangoes, ripe papaya, etc. Or veggies na thin, small cuts (non-choking hazards na size) like cucumber, carrots, potates, kamote ☺️ Hindi muna kami nagbigay ng mga biscuits or processed foods before 1yo, and we tried to delay it as much as we could. Definitely no salt or sugar muna ☺️
Puro gerber foods lang po pinapakain ko sa anak ko ... May mga fruits sila na durog may cereal din .
Boiled veggies po and durugin for meals tapos for merienda po milky biscuits po.
