Hindi po. Mawawala po yung bisa nila pag pinagsabay nyo. Paghiwalayin nyo po. And ferrous mas ok inumin ng empty stomach- 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals or bedtime po.

sa tingen ko hindi na if nagtake calvit gold stop muna dapat folic acid that was i understand sabi ng ob ko. im on my 2nd trimester n din.

welcome po, but ferous sulfate saka calvit gold pwd yan pgsabayin. folic acid lng if you are in 2nd trimester to 3rd.
