Is it ok to give birth at 40yrs old?

Yes it’s okay. Very normal now. My husband’s aunt also give birth at 40+ years old. Just take good care of your own physical and mental health. Happy healthy mommy = happy healthy baby.

Biological age don’t matter as much as keeping yourself physically healthy, eating a balanced diet and getting lots of sleep for you growing bubs! Congratulations!!!
