pus on backside

my girl had thus bump on backside many days, today suddenly saw got pus and is flowing out when we wipe her poo today. two days ago, we just did her 6 in 1 vaccination and rotavirus. Is this a side effect? Should I go see pd? or just clean with boiled water and air?

Then it’s normal to have pus. It took my baby more than 4 months to dry up. I put small, waterproof handiplast on it before bathing my baby (when she’s about 4months old). It helps to keep the area dry.
