Yes. The weight gain gets more towards end of 3rd trimester. Bcos the baby grows faster and you'll get hungry more easily.
I'm going to 36 weeks and I gained 2.2kg in the last 2 weeks haha. My gynae told me to cut out sugar, so no more desserts until I deliver.
