Maaga pa mamsh, according sa studies, best time to give birth ay at least 39 weeks kaya wag nyo po pilitin hehe. For now, lakad lakad po muna kayo and search po kayo mga exercises na nakaka open ng cervix. Consult your OB po kung pwede kayo mag take ng evening primrose. ☺️
