Hello mommy, ftm here also and my baby is now 15 months. I was guided by my pedia through feeding until now :) Some of the food you may give is mashed avocado, (boiled and pureed - squash, potato, sweet potato, carrots, broccoli). Pwede mong haluan ng konting milk, pwede rin naman wala (as long as yung food ay ma-swallow ni baby nang maayos, you may add distilled water from the boil you used to cook the veggies).
Also, natutunan ko na we need to be careful while introducing food, we need to watch out if our baby has allergies to certain foods like eggs, nuts, and seafood. Since some foods may cause allergy, dahan dahan lang ang pag-ooffer and i-oobserve natin maigi while they eat.
I also learned na, if ayaw ni baby ang certain food that we offer, no worries and no need pilitin or ma-pressure kasi they will gradually learn to eat it. :)
