ftm here ..mgA mommies how many weeks should i start to drink pineapple juice? 34weeks na po ako and what brand po ng juice ang maganda inumin ..salamat po.

Wag daw pineapple juice sabi ng OB ko kasi mataas daw masyado ang sugar content. Fresh pineapple ka na lang.

Actually hindi niya nirecommend din sakin e. Ang sabi niya sakin walking and squats. Check with your OB rin when to start doing these things kasi ako 37 weeks na ako nung inadvise niya na maglakad lakad na. Before that pinag rest niya lang ako kasi hindi pa full term si baby.
