Sharp abdominal pain

Ftm here and im 38+6 currently. So far i am 1cm and i have been having this constant sharp pain on my abdominal that comes and go every 10 mins. Pain still bearable. Is it contraction or signs of labour? Do i wait till it gets more intense till i cant handle the pain?

It could be signs of labour. Contractions will be back pain where the counts is every few mins apart and constant. Should your pain tolerance is bearable you can await till further such as mucus plug, waterbag break etc. Unless, you feel worried and unbearable, then you may call hospital/gynae for further advice if there's a need to go A&E/labour straight.
