Yes, absolutely can! I'm fully vaccinated just waiting for booster and I bf my baby after that. No side effect on him at all. NUH even did studies on the antibodies and true enough babies get it through breastmilk too if the mum is vaccinated.
Yes you should continue to breastfeed after taking the jab. Your baby will be able to get the IGm antibodies from your breast milk. This has been confirmed by gynaes in Singapore, so don’t need to worry about this part.
