Are Human Nature and Zen Nutrients safe for pregnant?

Hello! FTM here. Ask ko lang if human nature and zen nutrients products are safe for pregnant? Known po kasi ang 2 brands na ito for its organic ingredients in their products. Just want to be safe po in making a switch. Planning to buy personal care items from them which includes shampoo, conditioner, lotion, skin care. Please also share products that worked/works for you during your pregnancy. Thank you!
