First time mom praning

Hi, ftm 7 weeks preggy. Normal ba na sobrang worry ako sa baby ko? Stressed kasi ako lately, natatakot akong may baka may bad effect kay baby or worst ma miscarriage. Feeling ko tong pag aalala ko dumadagdag lalo sa stress ko kaso di ko naman maiwasan. Any tips po? May nakaka experience po ba nito?

As much as possible Mi. Don't stress yourself out. Kasi kahit maliit pa si baby it will affect your pregnancy. Sabi nga happy mommy happy baby. Try mo mag meditate kahit 15-20mins a day. Usually it helps me a lot after a long day at work. Stressful work ko pero I make sure na it will not affect me. Try mo din mag rant out sa husband mo para mabawasan worries and stress.
