My boy brush daily, but teeth still got plaque… any tips for better cleaning at home? Did I do something wrong?

You’re not doing anything wrong, plaque can be tricky in kids. Make sure he brushes all surfaces, especially back teeth, for 2 minutes, twice daily. Using a soft-bristled brush, teaching circular motions, and flossing once teeth touch can help a lot.
