Hi, my son often grinds his teeth at night. I'm worried that it'll change his teeth structure overtime, but you know it's not that easy trying to get him out of habit. Is there anything i can do?

Night-time grinding (bruxism) is common in children and often improves as they grow. Most kids outgrow it without long-term effects. If you notice worn teeth, jaw pain, or disturbed sleep, it’s best to have an orthodontist or dentist check. Managing stress and maintaining a calming bedtime routine can also help.
