Is FM better than BM after baby reaches 6 mths? I'm still breastfeeding my boy of 8 mths but recently I keep hearing that FM provides more nutrients after 6 mths. Feeling confused if I should still continue feeding BM since I always thought it is the best.

Hi~breast milk is good for the baby. U can try to breast feed the baby as long as u r comfortable. But should you want to consider giving fm. U can give friso a try. Both my kids r feeding quite well. U can ask for free samples from them to try out since u r still bf now.
