Cramping during first trimester and no morning sickness. Should I be worried

You dont have to be worried of not having morning sickness as it is normal and some or most mummies out there are so lucky for not having morning sickness like me 😅

No morning sickness is lucky! Just monitor the cramps and if it gets severe, with bleeding pls check with doctor!
