demand and supply lang yan tbe more mo padedein si Baby mas lalakas pa ung gatas na maproproduce mo kasi sinabi ng katawan na need nya magproduce kasi need pala ni Baby... Need mo pa rin kumaen ng healthy foods para madede nya sayo... Keep it up hindi magiging madali pero awarding nman..
Moms swear by more frequent feeding or pumping to help boost supply. Drink lots of water, and try foods like oats or fenugreek. A good night’s sleep (as much as possible!) also makes a difference. Just remember, each mom is different, so experiment a bit and see what works best for you!
Advice ko mommy kumain ka lang ng kumain (3 full meals with snacks), wala akong iniinom na supplement e, sakto lang yung milk supply ko. Pag nagpump ako dati 20 oz per day lang. Pero may nadede pa din ang baby ko. Ngayon 9 months na sya may milk pa din ako. Good luck momsh! 😊
Ang frequent breastfeeding o pumping ay makakatulong mag-stimulate ng milk production. Subukan mo ring uminom ng fenugreek o malunggay supplements, at siguraduhing well-hydrated ka. Pahinga din po ng konti kung kaya para mas mag-boost ang supply. 💕

Madalas na pagpapadede at pagpapahinga ay mahalaga para ma-boost ang milk supply. Baka makatulong din ang pagkain ng healthy fats tulad ng avocado at mga nuts. Huwag kalimutan mag-stay hydrated, at magtulungan kayo ni baby.
For me kaen talaga ng leafy vegetables,more on malunggay every other day, pwede yung tinola. Babad sa warm towel ang boobs. Effective for me base on my experience 😚
breastmilk will always depend on the demand of your newborn. so frequent emptying of your breast will help increase your supply. 🙂
