Can preggy still do housework? Eg. Vacuum and Mopping?

I did housework of all kind (except cooking due to aversion to smells) till my baby was born. Even scrubbing toilet (though doc friend disapproved due to chemical smell). just that as the week progressed, my pace got slower and I have to adjust how I do things too but do be careful when mopping (slippery!)
