I heard they'll ask you to remove if you are going for c cert. cos they will need to monitor your toes for color change. i had friends who does gelish and extension before EDD. i guess its up to individuals.. The fume and long hours of sitting might make you uncomfortable though.
if you don’t use gelish then it’s ok
