Normal and recommended weight gain for pregnant mothers is 11.5kg to 16kg. That’s from first month up until you give birth. I think you already have an idea na Medyo malaki ang weight gain mo that’s why you’re asking here. I would suggest a meal plan so you can maintain your weight until you reach 9 months. Mabilis na weight gain could lead to things like diabetes, preeclampsia (high blood pressure) and Baka mahirapan ka during delivery.
