Is it more difficult to direct breastfeed after Csect? Seems like most resort to pumping?

i direct latch all my 3 kids after c-sect.. football hold helps alot! find a good pillow to support your baby while doing the football hold so you dont tire your hand or cramped hand(happens to me alot)..
