Yes, indeed it’s normal! I had very severe symptoms during my first trimester too! Try going from soft food and in small portions. Slowly switch to solids but always maintain in small portions ok! Consider including some fruits before every meals so you’re able to absorb some nutrients too 😉 Take care!!

yes, normal. try to eat in smaller portions and more frequently. when i was in my 1st trimester, i snack every 2 hours so that my stomach won't be empty and i won't feel more nauseated. take care!

normal. usually ur gynae will recommend u to divide ur meals into smaller portions… and drink lots of water okay! rest well
