Managing night duty of babysitting

First time mom here and super worried abt juggling infant babysitting for night feeds and having to work too once maternity leave ends. How do you ladies manage? Does having helper helps and how to find a good one? I just started a new job and feel stressed having to manage workload cos of my maternity leave and juggling it when I return since I'm a one man operation.

I used to send to my first child to full day infant care once my maternity leaves ended, then take turns with my father to take care of him during night time. My husband will help out if he got off days. Let the husband has enough rest so that he can focus on work, & to prevent unnecessary family problems. I plan to do the same arrangements for 2nd child. Don't rely on helper too much. Must install cctv if u have to hire helper.

hey mummy. I feel you. I have a help but she only takes care of lo in day while I work. while I'm always the one on night duties. part of parcel of motherhood. 😅
