false or true labor?

first time mom po. 7months na po ako now. sumasakit and nagcocontract yung tyan ko, how will i know po kung true labor na? thank you po?

Hi Mommy! Pag true labor po, nagpprogress na yung sakit to strong contractions. Tapos sakin po nun, every 3-4minutes hanggang sa 1-2min interval. Pag po nafeel niyo contractions, try niyo po magwalk or change positions. Pag hindi nawala, most likely malapit na po sa true labor.☺️
