My first pregnancy symptom was...

I had light bleeding, then spotting for the next 2 days. I thought I had menses issues as I've not had such experience before. Went to the Dr, did a urine test as per Dr recommendation. And tada! Dr said I was 4 weeks pregnant! After that then I started getting all the naseousness, vomitting, feeling super tired. I'm 21 weeks now, hoping all goes well!
