they have epikool and disposable underwear that’s not comfortable at all. i changed to my own and it was much better. i brought about 8 just in case need to change throughout the day. there’s a lot of bleeding. suggest for you to use Kotex overnight pants.
They gave kotex 45cm! I undergo an emergency c sect and regretted wearing the kotex panties as it hurt like crazy to remove and go to pee when they removed the catheter. Best to have options!
